Returns Policy:
Exchanges must be made within 5 business days of the date the order was received.
There are no cash refunds- items can be exchanged for the same item or store credit if the one you want is not available. All sizes are true to size. Please see size chart for your sizes.
We do not provide a shipping label for returns by any means.
To return or exchange an item, please email poshobsessions24@gmail.com with your name, order #, item to be returned/exchanged. Please make sure that the item being returned is unworn, unwashed, no perfume scent, with all tags attached otherwise return will be voided and you will be responsible to pay for additional label to send item back to you.
We will respond within 48 hours upon receipt of your email to begin the exchange process
We do not offer refunds due to the limited stock and the nature of the fast paced ever changing fashion industry.
All Sale items are final SALE.
